Can I choose which cardigan to get?

Yes! You will receive a reward survey within 2 weeks after the kickstarter campaign ends (in late August), where you can choose the size and colour for your cardigans :D The kickstarter reward will be sent to your mailbox via BackerKit along with any relevant shipping charges and basic info to fill out for shipping.

Will the cardigan become available after the campaign?

Yes, the leftover stock will be available for sale in my shop after all kickstarter rewards have been fulfilled. They are estimated to be available for sale in March 2022.

However, there is no guarantee that there will be enough quantities available for each size and colour. Pledging via Kickstarter guarantees the cardigan of your choice!

When will I receive the cardigans?

Production will begin starting September, ending around December. The estimated date of shipping ranges from January to February, however this is only an estimate. Delays may occur, contingent on the speed of production and shipping services, but I will try to keep backers updated as much as possible. Please refer to the Risks and Challenges section at the end of the Kickstarter story for more information.

Why are there no early birds for 3+ cardigan bundles?

If you didn’t realize, the individual price for cardigans in 3+ bundles are priced even LOWER than the early bird price of a single cardigan (70 CAD) , AND you get more bonus freebie pins the more cardigans you pledge! The bundle price & freebies will only be available during the Kickstarter campaign!!!

Can I pledge for the Kickstarter if I am from the UK or EU?

Yes, you can! However, please note that UK and EU backers are responsible for any VATs, duty or custom fees incurred by your native country :D

What sizes do you offer?

Cardigans are offered in unisex size S to 3XL. The cardigans are true to size, and if not slightly oversized. The size chart is available in the campaign story, and if you would like to know what size to get, you can try to measure your existing sweaters or cardigans to find the best-fitting size for you.

I have never used Kickstarter before, how does it work?

Kickstarter works kind of like preorder. You pledge to the corresponding tier (for example. 1 cardigan) and you will be charged the payment when the Kickstarter ends (in late August). In addition, you can adjust your tier or cancel your pledge anytime during the campaign!

Please note that your pledge on Kickstarter does NOT include shipping! Shipping fees will be charged separately via BackerKit after the Kickstarter ends (an email from BackerKit will be sent to you). You will pay for the shipping after filling out the reward survey.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
